Rear/side yard garbage collection by Waste Industries - Garbage Zone 2 - West Side of Town - every Tuesday and Friday.
Details: Garden refuse and small branches are also picked up by Waste Industries from 30 gallon maximum garbage containers placed at the curb on regular collection days.
Large branches must be securely tied in bundles with a maximum length of 3 feet and placed at the curb for pick-up by Waste Industries on regular garbage collection days.

Commingled recycling is picked up by DPW in Recycling Zone 1 (North East) on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month only.
Recyclables are to be placed at the curb on Monday night before pickup. Residents are expected to use blue recycling containers provided by the borough. Any other container used must be without lid and not exceed a 20 gallon capacity. Do not place recyclables in your garbage cans.
Plastic bags are not recyclable. Material placed in plastic bags will not be picked up.
No recyclables will be collected when storm conditions exist.
Recycling containers are available at Tenafly Recycling & Convenience Center, 153 Grove Street, during normal operating hours.
Please bring bulky rigid plastic items (chairs, tables, coolers, etc.) to Tenafly Recycling & Convenience Center for recycling.
